Expat and relocation services with Claudia Issa and Louis Lima

In the second session of this virtual learning series, Claudia and Louis share their experience of working with expatriates. They provide insights into intercultural training in the areas of global mobility and relocation services and are looking forward to any questions you might have about working in the field of relocation and global mobility.

Louis is based in Barcelona and brings over 25 years of experience in the intercultural training industry within Global Mobility, primarily in performance, trainer management, and content quality oversight roles. He has an MA in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Training and Development from Columbia University in New York and has lived extensively in Guatemala, Taiwan, USA and Spain.

Claudia is a trainer and consultant on Intercultural Competence, Emotional Intelligence and Diversity & Inclusion with over 15 years’ experience. She is a psychologist and European-certified Psychotherapist, specialized in the needs of the expat community. Claudia also work as a University Professor on Psychology, Intercultural Communication and Cross-Cultural Management. Overall, Claudia is committed to helping people develop skills so that we can all be and feel better, together.
