Young SIETAR Communications Team

The Communications Team is the voice of Young SIETAR. We share stories, promote events, highlight opportunities, and make sure our global community stays connected and informed. From managing our website and social media to producing our monthly newsletter, we work to make Young SIETAR more visible and accessible to interculturalists worldwide.

Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and community. Whether it’s crafting engaging content, supporting other teams with event promotion, or finding new ways to reach members, communication is at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Maintain and improve the Young SIETAR website.
  • Newsletter Creation: Write and curate the monthly newsletter including proposing themes and collecting input.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to regular Communications Team meetings for project planning and open dialogue.
  • Event & Project Support: Assist other Young SIETAR teams with marketing their events and initiatives.
  • Visibility & Growth: Develop creative ideas to strengthen Young SIETAR’s visibility and attract new members.

The time investment is flexible, around 5-10 hours per month. Some months may be busier than others, and that’s okay – we value balance and mutual support.
