I have my own consultancy called MultiKulti Consultancy, also I am the founder and President of India Association Saarland e.V.

While my experience was initially limited, I hope to shape a platform that nurtures young leaders, encourages cross-cultural collaboration, and equips members with the tools to thrive professionally and personally.
