Young SIETAR Education & Training Team

The Young SIETAR Education & Training Team was formed in 2019 to foster learning, growth, and skill-building in the intercultural field. We focus on both "content" (cultural theories, concepts, and frameworks) and "methods" (tools, formats, and approaches for learning and teaching).

Our goal is to create opportunities for members to learn, share knowledge, and develop their skills through workshops, discussions, and various learning formats.

Project Development

We initiate and develop activities such as YS Cafés, Training Library, and other learning opportunities for our members.

Collaboration

We work closely with other teams to organize online and in-person learning series, Open Stage sessions, and TOIT programs.

The time investment is flexible, around 5-10 hours per month, emphasizing balance and mutual support.
