4. Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
- Offensive or discriminatory language
- Unwanted physical or sexual attention

- Disruption of sessions
- Retaliation against reporters
5. Reporting Concerns
Reports can be made to organizers in person or via email. All concerns will be handled confidentially and seriously.
Retaliation is strictly prohibited.
6. Consequences
- Warning
- Removal from sessions or event
- Ban from future events
- Notification of institutions if required
7. Alcohol & Social Events
Participants must consume responsibly. Alcohol does not excuse misconduct.
8. Photography & Media
Photography may occur during the event. Participants should inform organizers if they do not consent.
Recording sessions without permission is prohibited.

10. Scope
This Code applies during the conference, related events, and official digital communication spaces.
